- View of Washington taken from a point east of American University site
- Date
- 1913-06
- Creator
- Unknown
- Description
- Inscribed on back: Upper right hand cornor is torn. This picture is in Courier XX, #1 June 1913 p. 1 with description on p. 3, which states it was a new view and was taken from Wisconsin Ave. a little south of its crossing of Mass Ave. Of the 3 streets: Mass is obviously the far one, tree-lined (note position of Naval Observatory) Wisconsin would seem to be the middle one going down into Georgetown. What is now Cathedral Ave. would appear to be the near one.
