- Nishiki-e (Multicolored Print), ink and color on paper. A mother and child at the center of the image enjoy the bright autumn colors along with another set of visitors farther back to their left. In the background framed by the orange trees is a watery vista with the white sails of ships of the horizon. Kaian-ji temple was a Soto sect temple built in Shinagawa, the foremost stop of the Tokaido road. It was very famous for it's autumn colors and attracted many visitors especially in the tenth month of the lunar year, which was called Kana-zuki (The month where the gods are absent.) It was thought in this month hat all the gods had left to go to Izumo grand shrine in the west so there was few festival in Edo during this time.

- Description
- Nishiki-e (Multicolored Print), ink and color on paper. A mother and child pairing, likely from a wealthy samurai family based on the young boy’s pair of swords, walk along the river side in the foreground. Across the river is a busy street with vendors and a gate into a nearby district to the far right. Beyond the wall in the upper left-hand corner and grey tower can be seen rising above the trees. This is the Fire watch tower (Hinomi) mentioned in the print's title. The fire tower was striking landmark in the area and also served an important purpose for the fire prone city of Edo.

- Description
- Nishiki-e (Multicolored Print), ink and color on paper. In the foreground is a mother and her two children. Behind them is the approach to Ikegami Honmon-ji Temple. The temple grounds are lavishly decorated and busy with people. The crowd behind the family leads viewers eyes down the shop lined street to the stir leading up to the large temple in the upper left-hand corner of the image. The occasion is Eshiki, a Buddhist ceremony held by temples of the Nishiren sect. Honmon-ji's was particularly lavish because tit was the temple that the founder Nichiren had spent the last years of his life.

- Nishiki-e (Multicolored Print), ink and color on paper. Mothers and children dressed in red and purple dyed kimonos enjoy catching fireflies on a grassy riverbank in the evening. The landscape in sky are rendered in grey scale with pops of color coming from the figures, green patches of grass and the bright blue river.
