The Workers League's demands in participating in the demonstration are the immediate withdrawal from Indochina, end the wage freeze, provide wage increases and cost of living adjustments for all workers, nationalization of basic industry under workers control, and to build a labor party to run against Nixon and the Democrats in the 1972 presidential election.
